01How long does a typical project take?
Logo-only projects typically take 1–3 weeks. Websites take 2–6 weeks depending on scope. Mobile apps generally run 6–12 weeks depending on complexity and platform (iOS, Android, or both), and combined logo + website projects run 5–6 weeks from discovery through launch.
02Do you offer support after launch?
Yes, every package includes a window of post-launch support for fixes and small edits, and we offer ongoing retainers if you want continued design or development help.
03Can you work with our existing brand?
Absolutely. If you already have a logo and brand guidelines, our Website Design packages are built around your existing identity. If you need both, our Complete Brand package designs them together.
04Which e-commerce platform should I choose?
Shopify is a great fit if you want a fully managed platform with minimal upkeep. WooCommerce is better if you already run WordPress or want more control over hosting and customization. We can help you decide on the scoping call.
05What does the guarantee actually cover?
If you don't love your logo or website, you don't pay for it. We'll refine it until it's right, or refund you. There's no fine print and no arbitrary deadline attached.
06How does payment work?
Typically a deposit to begin, with the remainder due at launch. Larger or custom-scoped projects can be split into milestone payments, and we'll lay this out clearly before we start.
07Do you build native apps or cross-platform apps?
Most projects use cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter, which let us build once and ship to both iOS and Android, saving significant time and cost. If your app needs deep platform-specific features, we can also build natively in Swift or Kotlin. We'll recommend the right approach on the scoping call.
08Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?
Yes. We handle the full submission process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play, including store listing assets, screenshots, and responding to any review feedback, so your app goes live without you having to navigate either platform's approval process yourself.
09What affects the cost of a mobile app?
The biggest factors are the number of screens, whether you need user accounts or backend features like push notifications and payments, and whether you're targeting one platform or both iOS and Android. We'll scope this precisely on the call so there are no surprises later.
